The scientists s of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine express their sincere and deepest condolences to Nelly Nychkalo, Academician-Secretary of the Department of Vocational and Adult Education of the NAES of Ukraine, Academician of the NAES of Ukraine, on the occasion of the tragic loss of her husband, AndriyMykhailovych.

AndriyMykhailovychNychkalo – Deputy Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate in the Kyiv region in his last post, Colonel, Chernobyl accident liquidator, graduate of the Faculty of Law at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.

According to his loved ones, AndriiMykhailovych loved Ukraine above all else. He was an exceptionally well-educated man, passionate about history and art, and knew and sang all the Cossack songs.

We have lost a consummate professional, a patriot, a man of sincere heart and unwavering faith.

The memory of AndriiMykhailovychNychkalowill remain in the hearts of all who knew him, spoke with him, and knew him as a husband and father.

In these difficult times, the scientists of the NAES of Ukraine share in the grief of this loss and express their support to the family and loved ones of the Nychkalo family.
