In May 2026, Kyiv will host the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Pedagogical Forum dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.

The Forum will serve as a major scientific platform for discussing current issues in the development of education and pedagogical science and will bring together a series of international and All-Ukrainian scientific events, including:

• International Scientific and Practical Online Conference “The World of Didactics: Didactics in the Modern World” (May 12–13, 2026);
• International Scientific and Practical Conference “Problems of the Modern Textbook: Teaching and Methodological Support for the Educational Process in Wartime Conditions and Ukraine’s Post-War Recovery in the Context of a Century of Experience and Contemporary Challenges” (May 28, 202Conference “My Embroidered Ukraine”, dedicated to the World Vyshyvanka Day (May 21, 2026);
• All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “The Activities of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in Training Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel for Ukrainian Education: Shaping Historical Memory (1991–2025)” (May 15, 2026);

• Author’s online Educational Webinar “Based on International Research Methodology: Where to Find Ready-Made Tasks for Competence Training” (May 20, 2026);
• All-Ukrainian Round Table “Technologies: the Present and the Future’ (May 12, 2026);
• All-Ukrainian Round Table “Valery Redko’s Methodological Legacy in the Context of the Development of Foreign Language Education” (May 14, 2026);
• Round Table “The Linguistic and Didactic Legacy of Oleksandr Bilyayev in the Context of the Centenary History of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine”, dedicated to the memory of Oleksandr Bilyayev ( May 7, 2026).

The Forum is organised by the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine.

The aim of the Forum – a comprehensive review of the century-long experience and role of the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in the development of pedagogical science and education in Ukraine, the synthesis of research findings in the fields of pedagogy, didactics, textbook development and educational innovation, as well as the consolidation of the academic community in overcoming contemporary challenges.

The Forum comprises international and nationwide scientific and practical events initiated by the Institute of Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, serving as a unified platform for professional dialogue, interdisciplinary collaboration and the exchange of experience. The Forum aims to facilitate the discussion and examination of current issues regarding the development and implementation of modern educational standards, curricula, textbooks and teaching materials for the educational process.

Particular attention is paid to understanding the transformations of Ukraine’s education system in the context of wartime and post-war recovery, synthesising domestic and international experience, and identifying prospects for the development of education in the context of European integration and global educational trends.

FORUM PROGRAMME:

• Organisation of international and national scientific and practical events.
• Thematic discussions, webinars and round-table discussions.
• Presentations of the results of scientific research and educational practices.

Scientists, academic and teaching staff, heads and teachers of educational institutions at all levels, representatives of government bodies and civil society organisations, researchers, postgraduate students and undergraduates are invited to participate in the Forum.

The Forum provides an opportunity for professional dialogue, the exchange of experience and the establishment of academic cooperation.
