From 11 to 13 March 2026, the 23rd International Conference on Smart Technologies & Education (STE) took place in a hybrid format at the University of Transylvania in Brașov (Romania).

The STE Conference is an annual scientific forum that brings together specialists in the fields of innovative educational technologies, online engineering, digital learning and the development of modern approaches to professional training. It is organised with the support of the International Association of Online Engineering (IAOE) in collaboration with the Edunet World Association (EWA) and the International Education Network (EduNet).

Representatives of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine took part in the conference, presenting a paper entitled “A Mathematical Model for Evaluating the Efficacy of Digital Technology Integration in Vocational Education”.
