The National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, represented by its President Vasyl Kremen, and the Non-governmental Organisation «Maria Kultayeva Ukrainian Society for the Philosophy of Education», represented by its Chairman Mykhailo Boychenko, have concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to combine efforts to carry out cultural, educational, and scientific activities; to promote the spiritual, political, economic, and social development of Ukraine; to establish universal human and democratic values in Ukrainian society; to disseminate the scientific and cultural achievements of Ukraine and world civilisation; and to strengthen the Ukrainian state.
