In July 2025, an extension of the Multi-year Agreement on Scientific, Educational and Cultural Cooperation and Academic Mobility was initiated between the Ivan Zyazyun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine), Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (Romania) and A.S. Makarenko Sumy State Pedagogical University (Sumy, Ukraine).

The purpose of the Agreement is to deepen the partnership to improve the quality of teaching, develop scientific research on the basis of scientific and educational partnership, exchange cultural, research, and educational practices, promote academic mobility of scientists, teachers, higher education students, and degree holders, as well as to implement joint international projects.
