On the occasion of the celebration of Ukrainian Statehood Day on July 15, 2025, the Yaroslav the Wise National Library of Ukraine hosted a solemn event “Ukrainian Statehood: Roots that Nourish the Nation”.

The following spoke in the event program: from the organizers of the event, the director of the Vyshgorod Historical and Cultural Reserve, Candidate of Historical Sciences Vlada Lytovchenko, from the Kyiv Orthodox Theological Academy, Vice-Rector for Scientific Work, Archpriest Vitaliy Klos, Doctor of Sciences in Theology, Professor.

From the NAES of Ukraine, member of the Presidium of the NAES of Ukraine, Head of the Department of History and Philosophy of Education, Doctor of Sciences in Pedagogy, Professor, Corresponding Member of the NAES of Ukraine Natalia Dychek spokes. In particular, she noted the following: "The National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine provides constant scientific and methodological support for the establishment of Ukrainian national identity. Scientists of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine take an active part in the development of strategic, conceptual, and prognostic and analytical documents aimed at determining strategic directions for the development of national education, integrating national values into the education and upbringing system, and implementing innovative educational technologies in the field of national and military-patriotic education, and civic education. The significant socio-political achievements of the scientists of the Academy, primarily the Institute of Pedagogy, include the creation of a number of textbooks and textbooks focused on the formation of patriotic citizens-statesmen who will build the Statehood of Ukraine."

On behalf of the President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Natalia Dychek conveyed congratulations on the National holiday, and also presented to the library′s funds a newly published 5-volume collection of works by the President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine (2000-2005), academician, Doctor of Sciences in Philosophy, Professor Vasyl Kremen.
