On November 20, 2020, the General meeting of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine took place remotely online. One of the issues of the program of the event was the election of Honorary academicians of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. Having considered the results of voting on the election of Honorary academicians of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the General meeting decided to consider elected the Honorary academicians of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine: Professor of the Department of Banking of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman Stanislav Arzhevitin (Department of Professional and Adult Education),  Rector of Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture Petro Kulikov and Rector of Dnipro University of Technology Pivnyak Gennadiy (Department of Higher Education).
