Summary
The publication carried out a comprehensive analysis of the status and development of the national education for the 25 years period of the Ukraine’s independence, the current problems of the educational sphere, revealed their causes, proposed the scientific-based ways of modernization of the national education in the context of globalization, European integration and the national identity.
