Today′s general meeting is taking place in a situation where Ukraine is practically at war not only for the integrity of the country, but also for its very existence. At such moments of history most clearly manifest themselves both positive and negative aspects of public life.

On the one hand, we see the vast majority of citizens rallying around the idea of Ukraine′s independence, its protection and further European development. But on the other, a certain part of the population of the eastern regions has undergone the Russian propaganda supporting separatist sentiment.

We have to take into account these both phenomena of this controversial society’s the NAES of Ukraine, which is designed to carry out scientific and methodological and methodical support of the educational sector, and through it - each individual, the whole Ukrainian nation.
