On March 20, 2015, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Kvit and the Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation of the European Union Carlos Moedas signed the Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union on Ukraine′s participation in the EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation "Horizon 2020".
