The creative meeting of researchers from the Institute of VET of the NAPS of Ukraine with participants of the academic experiment was conducted at High VET School of fashion and style on the 20^thFebruary 2015. The issue of the meeting was “Organizational-pedagogical conditions for functioning of the education-professional cluster on region’s workforce forming”.The Concept of functioning of the education-professional cluster on region’s workforce forming, Regulation on the Center of professional competence development were discussed at the meeting. The foreign experience of educational-professional clusters functioning and the content of analytical note on socio-economic development of  Zaporizha region got great interest.
