The scientific and practical workshop "Educational and methodological support of introduction personal and developmental pedagogical technologies in the vocational and technical education" prepared by the laboratory of methodics of professional education and teaching of IVTE NAPS of Ukraine was held at the Educational and scientific centre of VTE NAPS of Ukraine on December 11, 2014. During the workshop they were presented the results of work the training course "Introduction of personal and developmental pedagogical technologies in the vocational and technical education" for methodists of educational (scientific) and methodological centers of VTE of Ukraine and were summed up the competition of their projects. 

The first place received methodist of educational and methodological center of VTE in Chernivtsi region E. I. Horbanwho presented methodological development and the results of introduction training for pedagogues on the application of coaching in training future skilled workers. An important step of the workshop was the performances of pedagogues of VTEE as for the practical experience of using personal and developmental pedagogical techniques. So it was made very important step in the dissemination of personal and developmental pedagogical technologies in vocational and technical education, scientific and methodological support of this process.
