Education is a strategic basis of society, nation and state. The education system is designed to create the identity, citizenship of the young generation, his ability to understand the challenges of the modern era and the ability to give them an adequate response. 
Teacher is a spiritual father of a person. Today they have to teach children to learn throughout life, to help learn and understand themselves, to determine the direction and path of professional and personal self-realization. No easy task facing the – bringing up a true patriot of Ukraine, a man with an innovative type of thinking, culture and behavior. Teacher must be able and willing to contribute to the formation of the child, which combines high moral virtue, civic maturity, patriotism, professional competence, activity, creativity, sense of duty and responsibility to society and to the Fatherland.
