On June 26, 2023, the Meeting of the Scientific Council on the problems of psychological support of the population in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine was held at the Department of Psychology and Special Pedagogy of the National Academy ofEducational Sciences of Ukraine.

The Meeting of the Scientific Council was opened by the First Vice-President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine VolodymyrLugovyy. The academician noted the urgent need to intensify the activities of scientific institutions of the psychological profile of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in cooperation with stakeholders. He expressed confidence in the expertise of the Scientific Council and wished success in solving problems.

The heads of scientific institutions assigned to the Department of Psychology and Special Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine reported on the state of research on the problems of creating a safe environment in educational institutions and providing psychological and socio-pedagogical assistance to war victims.

The head of the Scientific Council, the head of the Department of Psychology and Special Pedagogy of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, VitaliyPanok, explained the organizational issues of the Scientific Council.
