On November 17, the meeting of the Presidium of the NAES of Ukraine was held to consider the issue "On implementation in 2021 of the Program of joint activities of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the NAES of Ukraine for 2021-2023". At the beginning of the meeting, the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet joined the Presidium online. He noted the expert role of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in solving problems of modern education, stressed the effective cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine recently, and called the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine a reliable partner in educational reform programs.

Volodymyr Luhovyy, the First Vice President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, and Oleksiy Shkuratov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine for European Integration, spoke about the results of the 2021 implementation of the Joint Activity Program of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the NAES of Ukraine. In particular, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine said that a country that wants to develop, and that this development should be progressive, pays attention to education, because the most valuable capital of the state is a person. The National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine is the base that allows developing the educational sphere, the field of pedagogy.

The synergetic effect of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine gives a positive result. Because specialists and civil servants in their activities rely on the results of scientists. This is a branch of legislation, and the economy of education, information support so on. Therefore, the Program of joint activities gives the synergetic effect we see at the stage of close cooperation already at the stage of summarizing the results of the first year of cooperation. “Practically each of the directions is provided by a separate scientific institution, and in my opinion, this is how the expert status in each of the directions of educational activity is provided” Oleksiy Shkuratov said. The Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine thanked all employees of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine for their activities and expressed confidence in further successful cooperation.
