On October 29, 2021, the IX International Seminar "Political and Economic Self-Determination: Education for Digital Citizenship in Post-Pandemic Times" was held this year at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, Florianopolis, Brazil) with extensive organizational work of the Professor of the Department of Psychology of this University Andrew Isabelle Giacomozzi,  coordination and moderation of the seminar by Iryna Bondarevska, Head of the Center for Personal and Social Transformations, Associate Professor of the Department of Management Psychology, University of Education Management of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine (Kyiv, Ukraine).

Among the co-organizers - participants of the seminar - representatives of educational, scientific institutions and public associations from 11 countries (Brazil, Indonesia, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Hungary, Ukraine), including from Ukraine - NGOs "Center for Personal and Social Transformations" and SEE "University of Education Management" of the NAES of Ukraine.
