On October 20, 2021, a Memorandum on Cooperation was signed between the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine and the NGO "Institute of Leadership, Innovation and Development" ("ILIR"). The document was signed by the President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Vasyl Kremen and the Chairman of the ILIR Council Svitlana Shitikova. The meeting was attended by the First Vice-President Volodymyr Lugovyy, Vice-President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Oleh Topuzov, Deputy Head of the Department of Scientific and Management Personnel and International Scientific Relations of the Presidium of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Paraska Dotsenko and the expert on analytical issues, coordinator of the National Team of Experts on Higher Education Reform of the Erasmus + Office in Ukraine Zhanna Talanova.

The National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine and the NGO "Institute of Leadership, Innovation and Development" will cooperate in the following areas: development and preparation of proposals for state programs, laws, other regulations; examination of draft regulations affecting education and science; assistance in ensuring systematic interaction with public authorities and local self-government bodies, state and public organizations; development and implementation of joint innovation projects, in particular projects of the EU Erasmus + Program, and implementation of measures to ensure the use of the results of these projects in educational institutions, research institutions and organizations; promoting European values ​​and the idea of ​​a United Europe by facilitating the implementation of Jean Monnet′s EU Erasmus + projects in European studies aimed at disseminating knowledge about European integration processes; developing and teaching disciplines, modules, courses and research on topical issues of European integration.
