On April 14, 2021, the II All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Professional pre-higher and professional education: theory, methods, practice" took place. The Scientific and Methodological Center of HPE was the  organizer  of  the Conference.

There was a constructive discussion of topical issues of pre-higher and professional education. Aspects of development of this sector of education in the context of general civilizational changes were revealed, tasks and prospects of development were outlined, the issue of inspecting the state of training in pre-higher education institutions, implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On Professional Pre-Higher Education: Horizon 2025" and others.

During the Conference the winners of the Pedagogical OSCAR-2021 competition were also awarded and some of their innovative achievements were presented.
