One of the important activities of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine is the cooperation of scientific institutes with higher education institutions in solving current problems of educational and social practice.

On March 31, 2021, the All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference "Psychological health of personnel of organizations: basic theoretical problems and technologies of support" took place.

During the Conference a number of important aspects of the study of the problem of psychological health of educational staff were analysed, which were reflected in the key presentations of the conference participants.

Following the Conference a number of important decisions were made:

1. To evaluate positively the experience of the two institutions in the analysis and understanding of the problem of psychological health of educational staff (at the level of research and educational activities).
2. To promote the joint study of the problem of psychological health of scientific and pedagogical workers, in particular during the Covid-19 pandemic (through joint scientific and practical forums, implementation of joint projects, etc.).
3. To strengthen the introduction into the educational process of training courses for students on the problem of ensuring the psychological health of staff in the organization.
4. To promote the mastering of diagnostics methods and correction of psychological health of the personnel in the organization during passing by students of practice in scientific institution.
5. Facilitate the provision of psychological assistance to students and teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic through the psychological service of higher education institutions.
