On April 6, 2021, a webinar "Ensuring the quality of education of early and preschool children in the private sector: science and practice" was held. The event was organized by the Department of General Pedagogy and Philosophy of Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the Institute of Problems on Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine together with the Subcommittee on Early Development and Preschool Education of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

The webinar was attended by over 100 people - scientists of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, employees of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the State Service of Education Quality of Ukraine, representatives of higher education institutions, directors, founders, teachers of private preschools and others.

The issue of ensuring the quality of education of young and preschool children in the private sector was considered; introduction of modern educational methods and technologies in the educational process of private preschool institutions; establishing cooperation of all stakeholders with educational institutions for early and preschool children of private ownership.

In his welcoming speech, the President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Vasyl Kremen stressed the importance and significance for society of the problem of early childhood education and the need to develop the private sector of preschool education. 

The welcoming speech of the First Vice-President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Volodymyr Lugovyy emphasized the importance of ensuring the quality of education of early and preschool children and the introduction of modern educational methods and technologies in the educational process of private preschool institutions.
