On January 14, the two-day XV International Scientific and Practical Conference "MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND INNOVATIVE TRAINING METHODS IN TRAINING SPECIALISTS: METHODOLOGY, THEORY, EXPERIENCE, PROBLEMS” started.
The conference was organized by the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University, Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Pedagogy in Warsaw (Republic of Poland). The conference was opened by the Rector of the Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University Natalia Lazarenko, who stressed that the Conference has a solid history, deep scientific traditions and has a significant impact on the development of research in information technologies in education at the Vinnytsia Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi State Pedagogical University. Igor IVASYUK, Deputy Chairman of the Vinnytsia Regional Council, joined the congratulatory speeches. His gratitude was expressed for the cooperation with the main scientific institution in the field of education – the NAES of Ukraine. Vasyl KREMEN, the President of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, in his welcoming speech stressed on the importance of the Conference and thanked its founders and constant leaders of organizing the Ñonference - Academician-Secretary of the Department of Professional and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Nellia NICHKALO, Academician of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine Roman Gurevich, as well as the permanent co-organizers – Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education, Institute of Information Technologies and Learning Tools of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine. Vasyl KREMEN emphasized two components of the competitiveness of a modern specialist - information technologies at the modern level and innovativeness, which are comprehensively analysed by the scientific community of the Conference. Keynote speeches were delivered during the plenary sessions (see Conference Program). The conference will be continued on January 15 at the section meetings.
