On November 5, 2020, the Department of Andragogy of  Ivan Zyazyun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in partnership with the Scientific and Methodological Laboratory of Adult Education and Pedagogical Design of H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University and the PO "Ukrainian Association of Adult Education"held  the webinar "Adult education: theory, practice, partnership". The event was attended by more than 50 participants, including - pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical staff of scientific institutions of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, institutions of higher, vocational (professional), postgraduate education, scientific and methodological centers of vocational education, pedagogical staff of preschool, general secondary education institutions, representatives of public and other organizations, future teachers.

The webinar discussed a wide range of issues related to various aspects of the development of adult education in Ukraine and abroad, as well as the peculiarities of personal and professional growth of teachers, research and teaching staff. During the event there was a presentation of reports of scientists, teachers-practitioners and their further discussion.

The use of the ZOOM video conferencing system enabled a constructive discussion of promising areas of adult education in Ukraine. The webinar participants focused on the expediency of launching cyclical activities to promote the constructive experience of adult education in Ukraine and abroad.
