The Concept of education of children of early and preschool age is published. It outlines the activities of various social institutions responsible for the education of children of early and preschool age in accordance with modern challenges and problems of preschool education.

The concept contains provisions for the development of preschool institutions of state and private ownership, stimulating parental partnerships, ensuring the quality of preschool education, improving the social status of teachers of preschool education, development of pedagogical competence of teachers, scientific support of early and preschool children.
