On May 21, 2020, the XIV International Scientific and Practical Online Conference on Organizational and Economic Psychology "Psychological Health of Organizational Personnel: Problems and Technologies of Support" was held. The conference was held as part of the NAES of Ukraine All-Ukrainian Festival of Science and was dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the NAES of Ukraine.

The conference was organized by: G.S. Kostiuk Institute of Psychology of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine (Laboratory of Organizational and Social Psychology; Kyiv Regional In-Service Teacher Training and the Ukrainian Association of Organizational Psychologists and Labor Psychologists.

Using the Google Form, 150 participants registered for the conference, including 18 doctors of sciences and 83 candidates of sciences. The number of "real" people who worked online was 98. The conference participants represented more than 60 organizations of the education system, civil service, business and others.

During the conference its participants from different cities of Ukraine and France (Bila Tserkva, Zaporyzhia, Kyiv, Kamyanets-Podilsky, Lviv, Lutsk, Odessa, Paris, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Uman, Kyiv and Kharkiv regions, etc. .) created a single information scientific and practical space on the Zoom platform and worked in it.
