Volodymyr Lugovyy, a full member of the NAES of Ukraine, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Honored Worker of Education of Ukraine, public  servant of the first-rate, First Vice-President of the NAES of Ukraine, made a significant personal contribution to the development of education, science and technology of Ukraine.

The National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine highly appreciates the scientific and pedagogical achievements and practical contribution of Volodymyr Lugovyy to the development of quality and effective education in Ukraine, the legislative framework of the educational sector. His deep intellectual potential, wisdom, high professionalism, principled position, persistence and responsibility manifested in all spheres of his activity, deserve great respect and esteem. Volodymyr Lugovyy awarded the state awards - the Order of Merit I, II, III degrees, the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise V degree, numerous departmental awards. On the occasion of his anniversary he is awarded the medal of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine "Volodymyr Monomakh".
