The collection contains an analysis of the results obtained by Ukrainian students, substantiation of the possibility to interpret PISA-2018 results as an indicator of the state of secondary education in Ukraine and their application  in the conditions of building a new Ukrainian school, the ways of improving the quality of Ukrainian education, taking into account the experience of other countries.

The PISA International Education Quality Survey has been considered as a tool of giving a chance to each member country to identify advantages and disadvantages of the national education system and, on a basis of these results, to develop directions for improving its functioning and to evaluate the correctness of management decisions made in subsequent studies.

The publication is addressed to a wide range of educators and the public interested in the development of national education.
