The National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine is continuing its activities within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation and Partnership, signed on July 24, 2019, to join efforts to support effective implementation of certain aspects of the international PISA education survey in Ukraine.

The partners in the implementation of this Memorandum are the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ukrainian Centre for Education Quality Assessment, the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, the State Service of Education Quality of Ukraine, the State Scientific Institution "Institute of Educational Analytics" and others, non-governmental, structures. 

The Memorandum provisions provide for cooperation in the implementation of specific activities related to Ukraine′s participation in PISA and the use of PISA results to improve the quality of education in Ukraine.
