On December 5, 2019, a solemn opening of a Training and Practical Centre on the base of the State Scientific and Technical Institution "Bila Tserkva Professional Lyceum" was held for professions: electrician for lighting and lighting networks, electrician for power networks and electrical equipment, electrician for maintenance and repairing of electrical equipment. The Centre is equipped with modern workplaces, equipment and tools to allow professional (vocational) education seekers to work using the latest production technologies and adapt to work at enterprises. Creating of such Centre is an investment to the quality of training of workers.
