The Full Members (academicians) of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine can be elected citizens of Ukraine from among the Corresponding Members of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, who have created scientific schools in the field of education, pedagogy and psychology, is recognized by the national and world scientific community, have proposed an approach to solving scientific problems of education, psychology which are of great theoretical or practical importance, carry out active scientific and social activities, have made a significant contribution to the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff and hold a D.Sc.
