Ukrainians are one of the most educated Nations in the world. In any case, the formal indicators - the percentage of children enrolled in schooling, the percentage of those who receive secondary education, the percentage of boys and girls enrolled in higher education. Besides, Ukrainians are known for their ability to work. But why Ukrainians in general live much worse than other Nations, which, by the way, have no such soil, minerals, have worse climatic conditions? Why the country′s economic development lags behind other countries? (Do not take into account the Russian aggression, internal actions of the separatists, which, of course, adversely affects the life of the country).
